Nature care


Antioxidants, such as vitamin E, prevent cell damage by binding to the free radical and neutralising its unpaired electron.

For example, when vitamin E binds to OO· or O2· they form an intermediate structure that is converted to α-tocopherylquinone.


1. Vitamin E deficiency

2. As an assistant therapy of malfunction of peripheral circulation (intermittent claudication, chilblain).

3. As an assistant therapy of malfunction of endocrine (ovulatory disorder).


No known contra-indication.



The drug should be with caution administered in the following case.

1). Vitamin E has been reported to increase the risk of thrombosis m patients who are predisposed to this condition, including patients taking estrogens

2). There is no evidence of the safety of high doses of vitamin E in pregnancy.


In the treatment of children with iron-deficiency anemia, concomitant administration of Nature Care with iron supplements may suppress action of iron.

High doses of vitamin E uses up vitamin A of the body, inhibits the absorption, action of vitamin K.

Adverse Effects

Ocassionally, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation may occur.

Rarely, eruption may occur.

Nausea, muscular debility, fatigue, headache, vision disorder has been reported with doses greater than 1300 IU daily.

Dosage & Administration


By mouth: 100 - 1000 IU per day orally.
